Silverline CRM is a Cloud Solution firm delivering Salesforce implementations with a focus on the healthcare and financial services sectors.

The Situation:

Silverline is a fast growing company with multiple clients and hundreds of projects that require employees to have very diverse skills. The company also develops its own products and tools for Salesforce AppExchange.

The Challenge

Silverline needed qualified developers to take on new projects and develop new products, but the competitive US market made that challenging. They knew that using offshore developers could be a more affordable alternative, and decided to look for a partner to handle the task.

The Decision Process:

One of Silverline’s partners had worked with Dynamo Development previously on a different project. That positive experience convinced Silverline to work with us.

The Implementation:

Dynamo provided one senior developer to Silverline at the start of the relationship. We then set out to organize a team of certified Salesforce developers and QA engineers. Dynamo provided internal project management education, continuous Salesforce and Angular classes, QA automation, and other support to help strengthen the integration between the Silverline team in NY and the Dynamo-Silverline team in the Ukraine.

The Results:

The Dynamo-Silverline team is thriving, with more than ten developers helping Silverline. Our developers have attended Dreamforce conferences, assisted on multiple projects and products, and are considered true members of the Silverline global team.
